Q. How does this process work?
a. Fill out one of the order forms, and be sure to include which announcement style you prefer. Then email your pictures to me, and also include any special instructions or ideas you may have for the announcement. Once I have everything, I will email you a link to your proof page within 2 business days. You can then make as many changes to that proof as you like.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
a. Once you are happy with the proof, you can order directly from your proof page. You will be able to pay by credit card through pay pal.
Q. Do envelopes come with my order?
a. Yes, white envelopes are included. I am not able to print return addresses on the envelopes, or send them out early.
Q. Are you able to do any editing to my pictures?
a. Yes, and there is no extra charge. I can crop, reduce red-eye, color tint, and make color photos black & white. If there is something specific you would like done to the picture, please just include that in your email.
Q. What type of paper are the announcements printed on?
a. They are professionally printed on Fuji Crystal archival photo paper with either a matte or glossy finish. They are actual photographs that will last a lifetime.
Q: Can I change the colors on the announcement?
a. Yes. The announcements are usually designed to compliment the colors in your photos, but they can be changed to specific colors (school colors, boy/girl).
Q. What resolution should my photos be?
a. All photos should be at least 1800x1200 pixels, and all scanned photos should be a min. of 300 dpi (dots per inch) or preferably 600 dpi.
Q. We're having twins/We're adopting. Can you change your design to accommodate this?
a. Yes, any design can be modified to fit any occasion!
Q. Do the announcements require additional postage?
a. No, all of the announcements require the standard 39¢ postage.
Q. How long does it take to get the announcements
a. I will have a proof for you to look over within 2 business days. We can make as many changes to that proof as you would like. After the proof is approved, then I will send it to be printed. Announcements are usually shipped within 24 hours and you will receive them 1-6 days after that. Please allow about 4-10 days for delivery during the holidays.
